I work full-time in graphic design, video shooting and editing in order to create, analyze and interpret behavior, dynamics and context in order to build a positive experience for the end user.
In particular, I design a user's experience related to the use of a digital product - website, app, software or other. Consumers have pragmatic but also aesthetic expectations on this kind of product. The main objective is to improve the relationship between consumers and products.

Computer technician
I took care of keeping the IT systems operational, intervening in providing technical support in case of breakdowns or malfunctions as well as targeted interventions on IT devices such as computers, tablets, smartphones, printers, servers and company networks, LANs and WANs (Local Area Network and Wide Area Network). I have always checked that everything worked correctly, carrying out analysis, testing and diagnosis to check the efficiency of the IT infrastructure and identify any errors. Another task was to keep computer programs and systems at top performance: updating obsolete software, connections and installations of hardware and peripheral components, providing users with the basic training necessary to use the installed components and fully exploit their potential.

The initial names to give a concrete example, were provided from above as well as the contact details of potential customers to go and find to explain the characteristics of the photovoltaic system, the advantages in terms of energy saving and various incentives.
